Product story
A cylindrical purple clay teapot, one side carved with a hermit-scholar playing a qin (a traditional stringed instrument) beneath swaying bamboo, the other inscribed with a line from the Tang dynasty poet Wang Wei: "Alone, I sit in the quiet bamboo grove, playing the qin, and humming long into the night."
Product Story: This piece is basically a tiny scene from a 1,300-year-old poem — Wang Wei's ode to solitude, quiet nature, and being at peace with your own company. The carving is detailed enough that you can almost hear the music. It's a wonderfully contemplative piece, perfect for a slow solo tea session or a quiet corner of a home office. If you're drawn to Chinese poetry, mindfulness, or the idea of tea as a small daily retreat, this one's for you.

MADE ONE VESSEL AT A TIME
Variation is part of the craft.
Subtle differences in tone, surface, and hand-finished detail are natural characteristics of handmade clay teaware. Each piece should be understood as an individual object rather than a factory-identical copy.
